What if I run out of generations before the month ends?−

How is the included allowance recalculated?+

The allowance is monthly, so it is recalculated at every billing period, and the panel shows how many generations you have used and how many are left until then.

What happens to my videos if I downgrade?+

They stay published and reachable on their links, but higher-tier features turn off until you upgrade again.

Can I cancel any time?+

Yes, from your account, and access stays active until the end of the already-paid period.

Does the custom avatar stay mine?+

Yes, an avatar built on your brand identity stays available as long as the account is active, on any tier that supports it.
